Ordering online at Impact Office Products couldn't be easier - just follow the simple instructions below.
You can search for items either using the Search Products box on the left or browse by categories through the Browse Products left menu. There is also an Advanced Search facility on the left where you can search within a product category to define your search options.
Once you have located the product(s) you wish to purchase select the quantity you require and click the
button to add the item to your shopping basket.
This will take you through to the shopping basket section. If you wish to add further items to your order click the
button which will take you back to the page you came from.
Once you have all the items you require select the
button on the shopping basket page to complete your order.
You will then be taken through our checkout process where you will be given 3 options:
1) EXPRESS CHECKOUT
By selecting the Express Checkout option your details will not be stored for future shopping with Impact Office Products allowing checkout to be a quick 3 stage process.
1.1) First a short form with your contact and address details.
1.2) Then confirmation of your order details.
1.3) Then enter your payment details on our secure pages and confirm your order to be processed.
2) NEW CUSTOMER
Under this option you will be creating a login with Impact Office Products which will allow you to login on your next visit and not have to provide all your details again. You will be taken through a 6 stage process.
2.1) First click the
button to take you to the My Impact Account page.
2.2) On this form you can enter your personal details and set up a username and password.
2.3) Next you will be prompted to set your delivery address.
2.4) If you selected to pay with debit/credit card you will then be taken through to confirm the delivery and invoice address. With the other options your Business Account request will be submitted and you will be contacted shortly.
2.5) Next you will be asked to confirm your order details.
2.6) Then enter your payment details on our secure pages and confirm your order to be processed.
3) RETURNING CUSTOMER
As a returning customer the process is far simpler as we will already have some of your details, this is a quick 4 stage process.
3.1) Enter you Username and Password.
3.2) Confirm your delivery and invoice address.
3.3) Confirm your order.
3.4) Process payment details.
Once your checkout on all these options is complete you will then be given an order reference number on our order confirmation page.
